Nyka Scott

Vice President, Customer Service

Nyka Scott serves as vice president of customer service for Entergy Louisiana, where she leads the company’s customer service organization with a focus on delivering reliable, efficient and customer-centric operations across the state. In this role, she is responsible for advancing the overall customer experience, strengthening operational performance and supporting the company’s commitment to the communities it serves.

Scott joined Entergy in 2021 and brings a strong track record of leadership spanning customer service, economic development and regulatory affairs. Prior to her current role, she served as vice president of customer service and economic development for Entergy New Orleans, where she led a team of more than 30 professionals and oversaw two customer care centers serving more than 211,000 customers. During her tenure, she drove strategic initiatives that supported business growth, enhanced customer engagement and delivered measurable operational improvements.

Before joining Entergy, Scott served as of counsel with Baker Donelson, where she provided regulatory and public policy guidance to clients. She also served as executive counsel to the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-East, advising leadership on matters related to regional flood protection governance and infrastructure.

Scott is an active community leader and currently serves as chair of the board of directors for the Arts Council of New Orleans and as a member of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce. She holds a bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, as well as a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans.
